  • 2oz Bacardi Superior Rum
  • 1oz of lime juice
  • 3/4oz Pourly Made Simple Syrup
  • Build in shaker tin and add ice
  • Shake until properly diluted 
  • Strain into Coupe glass
  • Garnish with a lime wheel

PEG LEG PUNCH

  • 1oz Beefeater London Dry Gin
  • 1oz Plantation Dark Rum
  • 1 1/2oz Tropical Citrus Blend 
  • (1/2oz grapefruit juice/1/2oz lemon juice/1/2oz lime juice)
  • 1 1/2oz Pourly Made Tropical Syrup
  • 2 dases Pourly Made Bungle in the Jungle Bitters
  • Build in shaker tin and add ice
  • Shake until properly diluted 
  • Strain into Brandy Snifter
  • Top with 2oz Ca Furlan Prosecco
  • Top with 1oz Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic
  • Add ice
  • Garnish with lemon twist, blood orange slice, and cinnamon stick

OLD FASHIONED

  • 2oz of Old Forester Signature 100 Proof Whiskey
  • 1/4oz of Pourly Made Demerara syrup
  • 4 dashes Pourly Made Aromatic Bitters
  • 2 dashes Pourly Made Orange Bitters
  • Build in mixing glass and add ice
  • Stir until properly diluted
  • Pour over large ice cube, Rocks glass
  • Garnish with expressed orange peel

DEATH FROM BELOW

  • 3/4oz of Plantation Pineapple Rum
  • 3/4oz of Montelobos Mezcal
  • 1/2oz of Conniption Navy Strength
  • 1oz lime juice
  • 3/4oz Pourly Made Ginger Syrup
  • 1/2oz Pourly Made Demerara Syrup
  • 2 dashes Pourly Made Cacao Bitters
  • Build in shaker tin and add ice
  • Shake until properly diluted 
  • Strain into Coupe glass
  • Garnish with pineapple slice

JAPANESE COCKTAIL

  • 2oz Courvoisier VS Cognac
  • 1/2oz of Pourly Made Orgeat Syrup
  • 3 dashes of Pourly Made Aromatic Bitters
  • Stir until properly diluted
  • Strain into Nick & Nora glass
  • Garnish with lemon twist

PATH OF ACTION

  • 1 1/2oz Grey Goose Essences Strawberry & Lemongrass Vodka
  • 1/2oz Pourly Made Tropical Syrup
  • 1oz Ca Furlan Rose Prosecco
  • 1 1/2oz Fever Tree Aromatic Tonic Water
  • Build in wine glass
  • Add ice
  • Garnish with dehydrated strawberries, expressed lemon peel, and mint bouquet

JACK ROSE

  • 2oz of Fair Game Apple Brandy
  • 1oz of lemon juice
  • 3/4oz of Pourly Made Grenadine syrup
  • Build in shaker tin and add ice
  • Shake until properly diluted 
  • Strain into Coupe glass
  • Garnish with a Lemon twist

WARD 8

  • 2oz of Wild Turkey 101 Rye Whiskey
  • 1/2oz of orange juice
  • 1/2oz of lemon juice
  • 1/2oz Pourly Made Grenadine Syrup
  • Build in shaker tin and add ice
  • Shake until properly diluted 
  • Strain into Coupe glass
  • Garnish with a orange slice and Maraschino cherry on a skewer
